I started with The Duster Dollies as a contractor more than 7 years ago before taking the opportunity to buy into the franchise.

For me, starting out as a cleaner was very important. I didn’t dive straight into running the agency, it was a series of stepping stones and this allowed me to understand client needs very clearly. My background in an office environment has come in handy too as it has helped me in the running of the business.

Funnily enough I enjoy what I do, it gives me flexibility and time to be able to run a business as well as look after my kids and family plus the other benefit is I also get to meet new people.

I've learned clients are like friends they're there for either a reason, a season or a lifetime.
