Kinesiology is a gentle and non-invasive complementary medicine that combines principles of Chinese medicine with modern muscle monitoring techniques. The muscles of your body and their response give feedback which allows the kinesiologist to identify the underlying cause of imbalances (stress) within your body’s many systems (both physical and energetic). These imbalances may present themselves as physical, nutritional or psychological problems, resulting in illness or a lack of wellbeing. For example, depression, anxiety, learning difficulties, nervous or digestive disorders, just to name a few.
