BARS - Energy Healing
There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. We call all of the points you touch when using this modality "The Bars." They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. There are Bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sex and money; 32 different ones in all.

These points when touched (somewhat like acupuncture but without the needles) allow the energy to clear and restore peace, clarity and rids a lot of the "white noise" from the mind. Many people feel more relaxed, like they have had a massage. Many feel more focused and able to cope much better. Body Work
Body Work is similar to the "BARS", whereby it is energy based, however it is not based on acupressure points, rather on your body where required. There are processes for:

ECR - Emotional Cellular Reordering

ECR alters the cell imprint that previously returned your behavior to it's primal dysfunctional way of existing.
