At Bell Realty Inner West we pride ourselves on being the true local agent. We don't breeze in from some outlying suburb, and then leave the suburb to go home. We live in Ashfield, we shop in Ashfield and our children go to school in Ashfield too.
It means that we are able to fix those real estate problems that happen outside office hours quickly. Things like a tenant that has had the fire door snap shut on them and locked them out. It's not a chore to take them the keys in the night because a happy tenant is a good tenant and it so much better than having a window broken for access.
If a buyer sees one of our signs and would like to see the property on a Sunday, we are there for them. We are a 2 minute drive or an 8 minute walk from our office; we are so close so it is easy.

Our difference is that we don't undervalue, nor undersell your property! We don't believe that any offers given is 'silly' most offers start at 'silly' and go up to 'wow'!
Who has not seen the TV shows where the property was worthless to the prospective buyers, they rubbished the property to the extent that the commentator thought they had gone for good, only to show up and end up paying $100,000 + more than the reserve!
This has happened to us on many occasions - you know the buyer who offers $90,000 less than what the property is worth and then on auction day pays well over the reserve!
