Richmond Heath is a Physiotherapist and Level 3 TRE instructor who introduced TRE (tension release exercises) to Australia in 2010. With a diverse background in physical, mental and community health as well as experience in clinical pilates and Bowen Therapy, Richmond is responsible for workshops and professional training in TRE Australia wide. Having sponsored TRE founder Dr David Berceli to bring TRE to Australia, he is now sponsoring Neurogenic Yoga Co-Founder Jennica Mills to bring a 1 day Yoga Tremors workshop Australia for the first time in November 2013.

Yoga Tremors 1 day workshop:

Most people experiencing tremors or shaking during Yoga try to control & contain these involuntary movements. These muscular tremors however offer a doorway to a deeper 'neurogenic' or 'reflex' tremor able to release deep tension held below the level of our conscious control. Neurogenic Yoga is not a new or different form of Yoga but is a new way of understanding, integrating and deliberately working with the natural shaking and tremors commonly experienced in all forms of Yoga. This upcoming 1 day Yoga Tremors workshop will provide 2 yoga classes to learn neurogenic tremors to create deeper rest and relaxation in your personal Yoga practice.
