This business was first started up by Paul & Kellieanne Christiansen of Auzweld Pty Ltd, Roma in 2009. In late 2011 the business changed hands for a period of 12 months, then the business was purchased by Sam Moore & Cherilyn Bickers of SCK Moore Enterprises Pty Ltd.
Sam & Cherilyn still work closely with the original owners as the are the Lessors of the Sheds and Land were Roma Powder Coating has always been and will remain indefinetly.
Sam & Cherilyn believe strongly in having a solid foundation for their business and its employees. We are a family owned and run business and treat each and every employee as part of our extended family.
Customers are very important to the Roma Powder Coating team and they will strive to provide "the preferred finish" each and every time we complete a job.
Sam Moore and Cherilyn Bickers are both local residents of Roma, Queensland. Sam originates from St George, whilst Cherilyn has lived in Roma for most of her life.
Sam is employed as the Foreman / Boiler Maker at Laurie Sheahan Steel Fabrication and Roma Containers, whilst Cherilyn runs Roma Powder Coating (RPC) with the help of her valued employees, Warren & Kristy.
Sam is a qualified Black Smith, Boiler Maker and Spray Painter and will continue in his current role and assist in the running of RPC after hours and on weekends.
Cherilyn holds a Cert III Pharmacy Assistant, Cert II in Security Guarding, Cert II in IT, Cert II in Business and has worked in all of these industries for a number of years.
Furthermore, she has an extensive and diverse background in the media industry, thus including radio and television.
She hails from a variety of roles, as she could never find what she really loved, that was until she was employed as Manager of RPC 14 months ago for the previous owner.
