At Western Mediation & Counselling Services we understand the emotional stress that separation, divorce and other disputes can evoke, as well as physical, emotional and psychological responses that sometimes emerge. We have empathy and understanding for what our clients are facing, and work hard to support you to generate solutions that are mutually-beneficial to both parties.
We:
•Respond quickly to our client needs - unlike other options that may take up to nine months to obtain a mediation date. We can schedule a mediation session in less than 21 days. We can also offer urgent mediation services if required.
•Offer flexibility to our clients - we understand the challenges of juggling work and family obligations, and provide after-hours and weekend mediation options if required.
•We understand the needs of fly in fly out families and hold clinics in the north to cater for these personnel.
•Offer specialised services and knowledge in the area of family relationship breakdowns including counselling and group workshops covering separation, divorce, grandparents issues, step parenting.
•Provide teleconference facilities for parties in different locations; skype sessions and shuttle mediations where necessary.
