Ujali Yoga

Lennox Head Yoga Classes by Ujali Yoga are ran at the Lennox Head Surf Club every Tuesday 6pm. Classes are open to all levels and abilities.

Lennox Head Yoga classes with Ujali Yoga are fun, dynamic and aimed at all levels of experience. Lennox head group and private yoga classes are held in the beautiful beachside town overlooking the ocean or in the idyllic surrounds of northern rivers. Your teacher Jessica Cohen teaches Akhanda (holistic) Yoga incorporating asana (poses), pranayama (breath), meditation, mantra and relaxation giving students and all encompassing experience of yoga and all its facets.

We are lucky to have the best location and view in town at the Lennox Head Surf Lifesaving Club. Where we move on our mats to the soundtrack of the ocean. All of these ingredients are guaranteed to make you feel amazing at the end of class.
