ENTRÉE SELECTION

Warm roasted beetroot & camembert tart, port caramel, organic leaf salad

Chicken empanadas, fresh corn salsa, charred peppers, Cholula mayonnaise

North West prawns, linguini, garlic confit, lemon, chilli, rocket

Jarradene pork and chive dumplings, chicken broth, iceberg, black vinegar

Tapas - prawns, chorizo, broad beans, Jamon, olives, almonds, mushrooms
(Barbecued, marinated, roasted and toasted to share)


MAIN COURSE SELECTION


Dardanup Beef fillet, pommes Anna, root vegetables and café de Paris butter

Pork fillet, roasted brussell sprouts, bacon, chestnuts and prune butter

Venison ragu, red wine, winter vegetables, buttered pappardelle

Ferguson Valley chicken, pancetta, oregano, mozzarella,
truffle infused polenta

Miso glazed fish, okonomiyaki pancake, pickled ginger and sesame beans
(Fish subject to local catch; we can discuss preferences in advance)

Portuguese style slow cooked lamb, paprika, lemon salt ,Elda's roast potatoes


DESSERT SELECTION


Chocolate hazelnut torte with salted caramel, vanilla bean ice cream

Maple and banana bread pudding, candied walnuts & crème fraiche

Toffee apple upside down tart,
cinnamon custard ice cream

International cheese selection - soft, hard and blue, sticky muscatels,
Cowtown quince, Donnybrook apples, shepherds bread

Assorted sliced fresh fruit,
dipping sauces and sorbet

Coffee, tea and local chocolate or nougat to finish

All ice cream handmade
