Liani Eckard is a registered professional Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP and Reiki Master practitioner with over 20 years of counselling experience. My holistic approach to therapy helps you to achieve genuine and long lasting changes to achieve the life you want to live.

My therapy is a personalised intuitive approach to help you access your inner power and resources to make a lasting change. One of the main tools I apply is Hypnosis, which is one of the fastest approaches to make changes to any unwanted emotions, behaviours or limiting beliefs as it accesses your subconscious mind.
The other tool I regularly combine with Hypnosis is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
NLP provides you with tools and helpful strategies to get you into the best emotional state for a particular task or situation. Together we will work to install the most useful beliefs for you and to apply the most helpful strategies so you can overcome significant blocks that might otherwise hold you back.
One of the most powerful combination with hypnosis and NLP is the regression or timeline therapy, which helps you to overcome negative emotions that developed in your childhood or even in your past life, such as unwarranted anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt. You will be surprised of how transforming this process can be to make a rapid change in your life.

Many of my clients also enjoy my Reiki treatments. Reiki is a safe, non-invasive healing technique to treat physical, mental and emotional imbalances in the body. I often combine hypnotherapy with Reiki as a complimentary treatment. One of the many benefits of Reiki is stress reduction and relaxation, which stimulates the body's natural healing abilities, and assists to improve and maintain a healthy body and mind. Reiki helps increase your energy levels, promotes your wellbeing and raises your spiritual awareness.
All my therapies and treatments are conducted either face to face or distant through the internet with a phone and zoom consultation.
