Ta Mo Tao Martial Arts is a quality provider of instruction in the martial arts of Taekwondo (Korean Karate) and Kung Fu (Wing Chun and Tai Chi. We offer specialised programs for Men, Women and Children covering all aspects of Martial Arts training including Weapons and self-defence. We teach modern and effective martial arts together with a core of traditional values and techniques in the Southern Highlands servicing Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale from our full-time training centre.
