Support & Connect is a dedicated NDIS provider committed to helping young people grow in confidence, develop life skills, and build strong community connections.

Founded by Dylan Blackley in 2023, we specialise in mentoring, social participation, and goal-based individual support for children and young adults. With a focus on trust, relatability, and real outcomes, we create personalised support plans that empower participants to reach their full potential.

Dylan brings extensive frontline and counselling experience, backed by qualifications including a Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability, and a Diploma of Counselling with majors in Child Development and Working with Children and Adolescents.

At Support & Connect, we believe that genuine connection is the key to meaningful support. Whether you're navigating the NDIS or simply need a helping hand, we're here to make the journey easier--and more impactful.
