This is a complete health and recovery package, incorporating rebalancing, addressing of muscle dysfunction, soft tissue manipulation, stretching and exercise recommendations, as appropriate.
The area of concern will be treated in conjunction with other areas linked to the cause of dysfunction, this approach enhances the total function of the body by addressing any compensation issues and restoring balance. Suggestions are given on appropriate exercise and stretching that can aid rebalancing and injury management.

I use a range of techniques to ensure that each client receives the best possible results from their treatment. Each individual is different and each treatment is based on the individual need.
