Established in 2013, we aim to be more affordable & provide higher quality work than your average bike shop. Jonathan has had over 15 years having worked as a store manager, workshop manager, bike mechanic, wheel builder in the industry.
Our customer service is second to none & at Protune you are a valued customer, not just another number in a store database. We dont want to spam your inbox, we want to make your bike work better for less money! We have flexible hours including after business hours, often as late as 9pm, 7 days a week.

Do you do onsite repairs?
Generally we dont, reason being that we can offer a higher standard of work in our properly furnished workshop. We can however offer pickup & return for a fee within a reasonable distance of Everton Park & can often waive this fee if multiple bikes are booked or under special circumstances.
Can I watch you repair my bike?
For workplace health & safety reasons & speed of turnaround we cant offer to let you watch or assist in repair of your bike. HOWEVER, we believe in education & teaching people about their bikes & we offer maintenance classes for individuals, small or large groups & if you have something specific you would like to learn about, such as wheel building or suspension servicing? Give us a txt or call & we can see what we can do!
Can I drop my bike off if Im in the neighbourhood?
As we dont have set hours when we are available for dropoff/pickup we are booking/ appointment only. This enables us to adjust our schedule to fit in with our clients. Many of our customers visit in the morning or evenings when the traffic is low & you dont have to battle to find a parking spot! If you are in the neighborhood & would like to drop off your bike, just give us a txt or a call on 0404166205 & we can let you know when our next available drop off times are for the day!
