As a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist I am very aware of the interconnection and importance of the body, mind and soul (or heart) connection.

Our critical mind of which we use only 10% is often governed by our attitude - or what we have learned through life experience, whereas our sub-conscious mind, personality has the overriding 90% which is only accessible through hypnosis, as it is through this process that the critical mind is able to be bypassed.

Basically our subconscious mind wants to make us happy and it is through hypnosis the body and conscious mind are relaxed allowing access to the subconscious mind and it is in this state of deep relaxation that the subconscious mind is highly receptive.
