Formed in 2018 as the Outreach and Social Services Ministry of the Church, Open Hands Community Care seeks to contribute to the capacity building and transforming of lives of individuals and families for a life lived abundantly!

Formed in 2018 as the Outreach and Social Services Ministry of the Church, Open Hands Community Care seeks to contribute to the capacity building and transforming of lives of individuals and families for a life lived abundantly!
Through comprehensive and integrated support services, we seeks to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of youths, children, men and women alike, whilst creating, protecting and promoting a healthy and peaceful platform for a better tomorrow. Our care services are tailored to be innovative, relevant and responsive, meeting the diverse needs of the people within the community, especially those from CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) Backgrounds. We aim to work closely with other organisations and charity bodies to help promote and advocate for their rights and cater for their individual wellbeing.
