I have been living in an apartment managed by this company for the last three years. During the last year I have been on the Executive Committee, and dealing one on one with our Strata Manager has proven just how adept they are at getting things done, at working with us as owners and investors, and at achieving the goals that we have decided on for our complex. I would be more than happy to recommend this company wholeheartedly to anyone considering changing their Strata Management Company.

Poor quality and customer service

Our Owners Corp have had issues with their Strata Managers.
They have a low level of competence and caring for our owners, which has caused angst with several of our owners.
I would advice careful scrutiny of OConnors Strata before committing to them.
