King Carlos Coffee

King Carlos coffee is a multi-ward winning coffee roasted based in Hurstville, Sydney.

To be the best coffee roaster, you need the best product to work with, which is why we pride ourselves on sourcing almost all of our green beans directly from coffee farmers all over the world.

We only use 100% Arabica beans, grown in higher altitudes and along the equator; making us producers of the best coffee beans in Australia. The coffee beans are delicate, have characteristically flora aromas, mild and rounded. Our beans produce a golden full bodied espresso and are roasted slowly to allow the full flavour to develop. They are then stopped and cooled when the second crack is heard by our third generation master roaster.

Our concept roastery/cafe stocks a variety of specialty brewing gear for both cafes and coffee aficionados at home. Barista coffee courses are also facilitated (due to COVID-19 our basic courses are offered online for the time being).
