Plant Engineering Design focuses from conceptual to detailed engineering, procurement, and construction supervision and commissioning. We also assist our clients to procure equipment given our long standing honoured relationships with key equipment/instrument suppliers thus enabling us to pass on these savings. Further to the equipment price advantages gained, by procuring for our clients, we ensure the most appropriate level of equipment and quality is procured to fit the project and its designed life span.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) focuses on high performance computing which is generally known as CFD. Our capabilities include having perpetual licences for the most advance CFD software ANSYS Fluent and all CFD projects are currently only delivered by PhD qualified engineers highly trained in CFD. Modular Design & Fabrication focuses on design and fabrication of skid-mounted units and 20 to 40-foot containerised units at our state-of-the-art facilities. Our modular assembly includes installation of steel structure, equipment, pipe & fittings, instrument, PLC cabinet, electrical wiring & junction box and insulation. Prior to delivery, we perform factory commissioning and acceptance testing.

Research & Process Development focuses on contract R&D activities, R&D of novel technologies including development of Sustainable Technologies, process development according to client's immediate requirements, scale up from bench-scale to pilot-plant, construction and operation of pilot-plants to obtain evidence-based results and researching, industry matching and process redesigning toward Circular Economy.
