So, take a full, cleansing inhale of ocean air and exhale any troubles from the outside world as our teachers guide you through your practice with authentic storytelling, humour and grace that will leave your body and mind deeply restored.

Outside of the studio, our recently opened Cottesloe studio offers a retail jungle experience; selling plants, homewares, swimwear, jewellery, clothing and crystals. Within this area we have our Vitality Bar - a juice and smoothie bar that is perfect for an after class snack. We stock a variety of super foods and local WA businesses.
