Although KPI's are now the focus in both corporate and NGO's and even more so in recent years we need not let this distract us from our primary purpose of helping and assisting those who reach out to us for help and assistance. We can also acknowledge the courage these people summon (often reaching a desperate situation through ongoing acute crisis) in order to make it to our doors of professional assistance understanding some do not make it at all resulting in devastating consequences. For those that are looking and/or needing to update and/or override their current programs for living there is a solution through experiential programs that Frontier Counselling offers.
