That means making it easier to handle the pressures you face, the stresses of life, and communication in your relationships and work. It's a no-nonsense, no-bullcrap approach that puts you in charge of finding your way out of the dark.
I grew up with tough-love and 'man-up' bred into me. Married, divorced, remarried, raised a family. Nearly lost it all and felt so crushed I decided to quit life. Deciding to help others gave me purpose and keeps me smiling. Call me, I'm easy to talk to. I know it's hard to reach out, especially when we need it most; but I've been there. I'm ready to listen.

No, we provide online counselling over Zoom - which means you can be at home and relaxed when you take part in sessions. We also provide walk and talk therapy at Lake Illawarra in Kanahooka, you meet your counsellor and walk around the lake whilst talking.
No, you don't. You just need to book in for a session, via our site - or call us, (02) 4244 2176. GP's can give you a treatment plan but you'll need to see a psychologist not a counsellor. You'll need to pay the gap fee, and wait until the psychologists have availability. Counsellors are usually cheaper than the gap fee, and faster to get in to.
Sessions are $110 for individuals, whether online or walk and talk. Family/couples therapy is $130.
