What should I know prior to my first appointment?
For your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes earlier - bringing any necessary information regarding your previous medical history including any reports of imaging that may be relevant. Regarding attire, wearing loose clothing that you feel comfortable in would be suitable.
Do you accept private health insurance?
We accept all health funds for physiotherapy so please bring your health fund card with you to each appointment so we can help you claim on the spot. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you provide home visits?
Absolutely! We think home visits is a really important component of what it means to care for our local community, and so we love providing home visits to those who need it! Please contact us directly so we can sort out the details.
What other referral schemes do you accept?
We also accept Compulsory Third Party (CTP), WorkCover, NDIS, and Medicare (EPC/CDM) claims. Please contact us to make your booking as these can sometimes get a little bit tricky with all the paperwork, and we'd love to help you through the necessary processes.
