Contracted Estimating Services (CES) is a centrally located operation based in Sydney NSW and services all states throughout Australia.

CES has produced a multitude of tender estimates for many diverse projects throughout the construction industry ranging from Residential, Industrial & Commercial in the public and private sectors consisting of Public Works, Health, Government and other private construction projects.

Projects included Design & Construct, major fit-out works and occasional refurbishment works between the values of $20,000 to $70 million.

CES Policies

CES has been built on the basis that all tender estimates and projects are treated individually on their own merits and never compare any two projects. We enforce the policy that 'every project is different in its own way' and therefore believe that all projects be estimated only once and done correctly from the onset. There is nothing worst for a contractor or sub-contractor to re-visit a tender on a project two or three times because the estimating processes were incorrect to begin with.

On that note, CES guarantee that all estimates submitted to you will be accurate and as per the documentation provided. If poor supporting documentation is provided by your client, then CES will endeavour to do all possible to ensure the correct documentation inclusive of Specifications, Scope Of Works, Finishes Schedules, Architectural Drawings (with floor plans, elevations, sections) is received, are delineated accurately and clearly, and hence an accurate estimate provided.
