CH-ilates is based on the inspiration and talent of Chael Hilton, Australia's first STOTT Pilates® instructor to train under Moira Merrithew, creator of the STOTT PILATES method. With over 12 years experience working with students and training instructors across the country, Chael's approach helps bridge the gap between learning the STOTT PILATES repertoire and supplements it with the skills and techniques required to deliver it effectively in a class format with fun and vitality.

It is a boutique and tailored approach to Pilates training suitable for students with a wide range of special interests, from people who are passionate about movement and exercise, to medical and allied health professionals caring for their patients. CH-ilates training can help students support people to improve their overall health and wellbeing through movement and increased flexibility, as well as assisting with recovery from injury and illness.

CH-ilates is unique as they inspire students to tap into their personal experience and vitality; learn to harness this and share it with their own clients.
