'Assess That Address' offers strategic advice from an Architect so that you can better explore and understand the possibilities on the site. It allows you to make informed decisions about how to get a home which is both efficient, and beautiful.

We take a lot of the guesswork and risk out of the construction process by setting the project in the right direction from day 1 with all of the tools, support and inspiration you need to construct the perfect home. It's the new way to design. Sustainable living is intrinsic to every decision we make, so that you end up with a comfortable energy efficient house, paying fewer bills.

ATA offers two main services;
1. Feasibility Assessment
This is a report designed for those wishing to buy real estate. It contains a review of the council controls (LEP) and identifies a construction strategy. It will answer questions like - could I add an additional storey to this house? Is it possible to convert this into an additional bedroom? Which council regulations apply to this land?

This advice is invaluable when purchasing a house, and it can even be useful for those buying an apartment. The architect talks you through the process of renovating and can identify strategies to enhance your floor plan to get more out of the space. Property investors and buyers agents use this tool to make better decisions and test the feasibility of ideas. It really is a necessary part of due diligence when buying a home.

2. Sketch Plan
This is a floor plan and interior design layout for your space. We identify around 8 different configurations for the floor plan to determine how it can be made to be more efficient and beautiful. The presentation also lays out the construction process, key materials (and their costs) and the council approval process you'll need to go through to get the project built. This plan includes interior design elements and has a focus on passive solar, thermal and ventilation to make a space which is full of natural sunlight. Your home should be comfortable and warm as it is beautiful.
