Gavin Stone is an experienced personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. Having gained experience operating a successful Personal Training business and having experienced intense training camps overseas Gavin Stone offers personal training services where he places a nonnegotiable priority on client's results. With experience in training a diverse range of clientele from professional athletes through to high-profile individuals in the private sector Gavin Stone knows what is takes to achieve success.

In 2012 Gavin Stone opened Gym Victus in an evolution of Stone Training. Gym Victus is a sports performance and fitness training facility. Gym Victus is based on the original gym mandate -to get results - and replicates the warehouse gym culture in the United States. The facility is equipped with weight training, commercial grade cardiovascular machines, boxing gym and grass training zone.

Stone Training primarily focuses on results based traditional forms of training methods in strength and conditioning, boxing/combat training and outdoor fitness training. Utilising these methods delivered with solid training principles, and adjusted to client's specific area of focus, to produce outcomes in strength, muscle tone, weight (fat) loss and increased performance.
