Q. I have forgotten my password to access my account

A. You can reset your password by visiting this page you will be emailed a link that will allow you reset your password. If you have forgotten or lost access to the email account that you used to create your account, please contact us and we will assist you in recovering your details.

Q. I added a free listing but I can't see it online

A. Due to the large volumes of free listings that are added it can take upto a few months for your listing to be approved. If you require your listing to be listed online asap, then please consider upgrading your account to a Classic listing, you can upgrade it by logging into your account and click the upgrade tab.

Q. A business listed on your website no longer exists, has changed address or phone number

A. There is a link called 'Report' on listings. By clicking this link you can notify Local Business Guide of changes or updates to our listings.

Q. Can you supply me with a printed copy of listings?

A. Our listings are only available for viewing on our website.
