Ordered and confirmed quantity, date, delivery time and delivery address, via email (so it's all in writing still) for the bar at our wedding. Wedding has finished, still waiting for ice. We (the groom actually) called on the night to find out what was happening. We were told we'd get a call back, still waiting. We called Paul the next day and he tried to blame us for his stuff up! So rude on the phone too. DO NOT USE THEM if you need someone reliable and trust worthy!!!
