booty camp ™ is an all women's outdoor fitness programme specifically designed by women for women.
The sessions are an hour and are an interval based training which means your class will consist of cardio interspersed with resistance training.

What is 'booty camp'?
booty camp has been specially designed by women for women,to help you achieve the most from your fitness training. The female body is so unique, and it needs special care and specific tailored training methods to insure the best workout and the most area spcific results.

All our booty camp trainers follow the same BAT (Bum, Abs, Thighs) region focused training method to maximize these results.

The area specific, core strength workout is a mid intensity, interval training exercise program aimed at building fitness, core strength and toning of the key BAT (Bum, Abs, Thighs) areas that, we all know, frustrate most women.

No matter what your fitness level, you will see drastic improvements in your overall fitness and your body shape! The classes are offered on a continual basis for all levels and the best part is that each workout is tailored to each person's individual fitness goals.

About our training...

booty camp will help you tone muscle, build stamina, strength and manage your weight. You will perform a series of exercises that are developed to ensure that you receive maximum benefits for your fitness level.

Exercise duration, number of reps, sets and tempo of movement as well as rest periods are determined by your level of physical ability.

There is also private training available for those who cannot commit to the scheduled times.*

Our program offers the opportunity to meet other like-minded women who share your same health and fitness goals. We provide a supportive fitness environment plus offer educational opportunities that are not available through most other programs. Our training method has helped many lose kilos in a fun and fo cused training environment. More importantly, your weight loss is maintained, and a healthier lifestyle is implemented.
